Hey guys! I apologize for being M.I.A from the blog for a while. I have been busy with this thing called "life" and I finally have found the time to sit down and write again. By the way, tomorrow is Presidents' Day which means no school tomorrow! Hallelujah! Anyways, I decided to complete part 2 of my "Behind the Blog" series.
So without further ado...
Q: What's the strangest combination of food that you have eaten?
A: A warm honey bun with melted cheddar cheese on top. Don't knock it 'til you try. It's not the most extraordinary flavor profile ever, but I think the warm cinnamon sweetness of the honey bun pairs well with the ooey gooey saltiness of the cheese. It's your classic sweet and salty combo.
Q: Where do you want to live in the future?
A: I want to live in a cute, small city or suburban area that's not too far from the main city. I like exploring big city areas, but I enjoy the peace and seclusion that a suburban area can provide. The suburban area also wouldn't be too far from an area encompassed by cute little shops and restaurants as well as parks.
Q: What's my favorite holiday and why?
A: Hands down my favorite holiday is CHRISTMAS! I love the whole cozy and comforting atmosphere created by this holiday. Pretty much everyone is in a jolly spirit and you're constantly surrounded by classic Christmas movies, hot chocolate, and family & friends. FYI...I miss Christmas so much; it went by so fast! Only 10 more months and 6 days 'til next Christmas!😉
Q: What's your favorite breed of dog?
A: I don't know much about types of dogs but one of my favorites is the chocolate lab. They're beautiful and their name involves one of my favorite foods...CHOCOLATE! What's not to love?!?
Q: What did you want to become when you were a kid?
A: When I was a kid, I wanted to be a lot of things. It ranged from being an artist owning my own art museum with a room where kids can make and take home their own artwork to being a teacher to owning my own bakery.
Q: If you could travel to one other planet, which one would you choose?
A: I would travel to Neptune mainly because it's blue and my favorite color is blue. Also, I wrote a story in 5th grade about travelling to Neptune and ordering a Neptune shake. How cool would it be if Neptune shakes actually existed??
Q: If you could speak another language, what would it be and why?
A: I would speak Italian. I'm learning French right now, and don't get me wrong, I absolutely love the language but I love the way the Italians pronounce their words and they seem like such passionate, loving people and we could use more of those good vibes in the world. Plus, I LOVE ITALIAN FOOD! 😍😍
Q: How often do you dance to a song when no one is around?
A: ALL THE TIME!
Q: What is one thing about yourself that you are most insecure about?
A: The thing I am most insecure about is my lack of self-confidence. This is something I have always struggled with ever since middle school because I was a very shy and reserved kind of person. I am still somewhat reserved at times but I have definitely come out of my shell a lot more. I want my outer and inner beauty to be equal. I want to be more confident in answering questions in class and making decisions in life and sticking to them. I want to stop apologizing for being myself and start celebrating what makes me...me.
Q: If you could bring back any musician or artist from the dead, who would I chose and why?
A: This may sound cliché but I would absolutely bring Michael Jackson back because he was and IS still a legend in the world of music. When I was younger, I never really had the kind of appreciation for music that I do now and I wish he was still here to continue his legacy of inspiring a new era of musicians to break out of the norm and create something new and exciting.
Q: If you could be any animal in the world, what would you be and why?
A: I would be a dog because dogs are said to be a humans' best friend and I would love to be someone's best friend in the form of an animal. Plus, it would interesting to see what it would feel like to walk on four legs.
Q: If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
A: I don't have a specific place at the moment but I would love to live somewhere in Europe that's full of life, culture, history, and GOOD FOOD...that's important.
Q: If you had to listen to a single Justin Bieber song on repeat, which one would it be?
A: I'm not the biggest fan of Justin Bieber, but I will admit that he has some really good songs. If I could only listen to one non-stop, it would be "All In It" off of his Purpose Album. I like how the song has a good message behind it, which is putting your all into what you do and being confident in God's ability to help you reach your fullest potential.
